Application
Your first step is to download the 'Model Terms & Conditions' PDF and the 'Model Statistics' PDF from the links in the right-hand column.
Complete the application forms and post them to us with at least two recent photographs (Professional pictures are NOT required with this initial application). These images must include a full body, and a head and shoulders shot.
For *Families we require one (1) signed copy of the Model Terms & Conditions by the leading parent and Model Statistics for all, plus two recent photographs of all family members applying. *Families will also be promoted as individual models to increase work possibilities (unless otherwise agreed in advance).
* Please note that all models under 18 years of age will need all forms signed by a parent or guardian.
Fee
There is a registration fee of just £30, which must be included with your returned application. If registering a family, then the £30 registration fee is applicable per person.
Fees must be included with your returned application.
We will contact you via email to tell you if your application has been successful / unsuccessful. If the application is successful then we will want to enrol you promptly. If the application is unsuccessful CrazyFishModelAgency will refund your above registration fee less a £10 administration charge.
